How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, so you can cancel or change your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to go through our return process.
How do I apply a discount code?
To apply a discount code, enter the code in the designated box during the checkout process. The discount will be applied to your total order amount before payment is completed.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

If the purchase is a “Firearm” and the buyer was not able to complete the transfer due to local, state, or federal regulations, there will be no return allowed.

How do I initiate a return?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product.
How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive your returned items and verify that they meet the return requirements, we will process your refund within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
