Firearm Transfer

Transfer fees are $45 for the first firearm and then $40 for each additional firearm per transaction.

NFA Items will incur a $50 transfer fee per item

Firearm Storage Fee & Abandoned Property Policy:

In accordance with federal and state firearm regulations, all firearms and serialized items must be picked up promptly once transfer, service, or disposition is complete.

Pickup Requirement:

Customers will be notified when a firearm or regulated item is ready for pickup. Items must be retrieved within 14 calendar days of notification.

Storage Fees:

Storage fees apply beginning on Day 15 after notification and apply to firearms only, NFA items will only be charged storage fees after 15 days of approval by the ATF:

Days 15–30: $10.00 per firearm, per week

Day 31 and beyond: $25.00 per firearm, per week

Storage fees accrue weekly and must be paid in full prior to the release of any firearm.

Regulatory Compliance:

No firearm or serialized item will be released without:

- Completion of all applicable federal, state, and local transfer requirements

- Successful background check or valid exemption, where applicable

- Payment of all accrued storage and transfer fees

- Storage fees do not override mandatory waiting periods, background check delays, denials, or legal holds.

Denied or Delayed Transfers:

- Firearms subject to background check delays or denials remain the responsibility of the transferee or transferor.

- Storage fees will continue to accrue until the firearm is lawfully transferred, returned to sender, or otherwise legally disposed of.

Abandoned Firearms:

Firearms or regulated items left unclaimed for 90 DAYS or more may be considered abandoned property. Abandoned items may be:

- Returned to the transferor (where lawful)

- Transferred or sold in compliance with ATF and state law

- Otherwise disposed of as permitted by law

All accrued fees must be satisfied before any lawful disposition.

Limitation of Liability:

The business is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies, background check processing, incomplete paperwork, or customer inaction.

Management Discretion:

Management reserves the right to waive or modify storage fees on a case-by-case basis.
